About Beachfront @ Vesuvius
Welcome to Beachfront @ Vesuvius – an adult-oriented oceanfront B & B suite.
Our private and luxurious suite (690 sq ft) was designed for couples in love or as a solo retreat for artists and writers. Come relax and rekindle the flame. Honeymooners will love the intimate and private atmosphere. We are situated oceanfront on Salt Spring Island’s warmest swimming beach. Our Caribbean themed suite is very warm and inviting.
We offer a separate entrance with a grape arbor covered deck to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Vesuvius Beach below.
You will have complete privacy as our only guest(s). There are stairs to the beach below.
Fall asleep to the sound of the waves beneath your bedroom window and awaken to the chirping of birds and the scent of the ocean breeze.
Amenities include an electric fireplace, 40 inch high definition television, Bell satellite, DVD player, stereo/CD player, wireless internet, heated porcelain floors in bathroom and main living area and a carpeted bedroom. Our spacious suite has four rooms – separate bedroom, bathroom, large living/dining/mini kitchen area and an oceanfront sunroom with hot tub to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Numerous games and DVD’s are also in the suite. Robes, spa towels, beach towels & a cooler are also available.
Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, locally made soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The bedroom has two large ocean view windows with a Queen size bed, goose down duvet and goose down pillows, 2 side tables & a dresser. The kitchen area has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. We also have a bar stocked with the usual accoutrements.
At Beachfront, nature is abundant. Our guests have seen deer, ospray, stellars jay, eagles, herons and kingfishers to name a few.
Our property is fenced from the road for privacy and there is designated parking spot for Beachfront guests.
Private moorage is available for boaters in Vesuvius Bay.
Our well protected mooring buoy with good holding ground offers an excellent opportunity for you to make Beach front @ Vesuvius your base while visiting Salt Spring Island.
Continental breakfast is provided in your suite consisting of coffee, teas, juice, muffins, yogurt and an assortment of cereals.
